At From Blocks 2 Boardrooms, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes, an item may not meet your expectations, fit right, or you may simply change your mind. That's why we offer a transparent and customer-friendly refund and return policy for our Signature Black Hoodie and all other apparel.

• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Apparel that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange.

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
• Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, typically within 7-10 business days.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at fromblocks2boardrooms@gmail.com. We will prioritize the exchange process and ship out a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
• Size or Color Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item using our standard return process and place a new order for the item in your desired size or color.

• Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
